Team USA Paris 2024 Paralympic Medals

Team USA had a strong showing at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Finishing just behind China and Great Britain, Team USA athletes collectively achieved 36 gold medals, 42 silver medals and 27 bronze medals, for a combined total of 105 medals. In the prior Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, Team USA finished in fourth, achieving 104 Paralympic medals.

Team USA had magnificent performances from all of our athletes. The U.S. Our Para Track & Field team and swimming team contributed the most medals to the final medal count, both contributing 10 gold medals each. Para Track & Field achieved 38 medals (10 gold, 14 silver, 14 bronze), and Para swimming achieved 30 medals (10 gold, 17 silver, 3 bronze). We also won 8 Para-cycling, 8 Paratriathlon and 7 Para-equestrian medals, among others.

Some of the top highlights from the 2024 Paralympic Games include:

Gia McFadden won the first U.S. Paralympic gold medal of the Games and became first U.S. woman to win back-to-back gold medals in the same discipline and classification

Third straight year winning gold for sitting volleyball

Tatyana McFadden won her 20th career Paralympic track & field medal, tying the U.S. record for the most medals in a single Paralympic sport in U.S. history
