The Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics start March 6, 2026 and end March 15, 2026.
The Milano Cortina Winter Paralympics will last 10 days.
The Paralympics occur every two years and alternate between summer and winter. This means that the summer and winter Paralympics each occur every four years.
Tickets to the Milano Cortina Paralympic Games will be available beginning in March 2025, one year before the Games.
The 2026 Winter Paralympics will be held in Milano and Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy.
In the Milan area, events will be held at San Siro Stadium, Mediolanum Forum in Assago, Palasharp in Lampugnano and the Santa Giulia arena.
The 2026 Paralympics features two mascots, Tina and Milo, whose names are representative of the host cities Cortina and Milano. Tina and Milo are stoats, or small mammals that are part of the mustelid family along with weasels and otters. The mascots were designed in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Education by students of the Istituto Comprensivo of Taverna in Calabria.
Leading up to the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games, Oksana Masters is the most decorated Team USA Winter Paralympian with 14 Winter Paralympic medals and five Summer Paralympic medals, including the impressive feat of achieving seven medals in seven events at the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games.

The Winter Paralympics occur every four years. The Paralympic games are held every two years, alternating between the summer and winter Paralympics.
The United States will be hosting the 2028 Paralympics in Los Angeles, California, with events occurring at several pre-existing stadiums and arenas across the area.
The next three winter Paralympics will be the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Games in Italy, the French Alps 2030 Paralympic Games in France and the Salt Lake City 2034 Paralympic Games in Utah in the U.S.
