- Tour Information- Tours leave at the top of the hour. Guests who arrive past the hour will not be able to join late.
- The tour lasts about an hour long.
- Some of the facilities guests could see on tour are the Strength and Conditioning gym, Aquatics Center, Wrestling Gym, and Sport Centers.
- Athletes may or may not be training during tour times, however there is no guarantee.
- Campus is entirely ADA accessible. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome.
- Please note that the tour is a moving tour, covering about half a mile in distance.
- Colorado Spring is at high elevation, about 6,100 ft. Please hydrate!
- The tour is an indoor and outdoor tour. It is recommended to dress for the weather.
- Tickets are sold first come first serve at the front desk, and only for the next tour scheduled.
- Reservations are strongly recommended for groups of over 10 guests due to tour capacity, and are required for a group over 20 guests.

This is a joint ticket for a Guided Tour at the Training Center and a General Admission ticket to the Olympic and Paralympic Museum. - The guided tour is free to the general public, on a walk-in basis.
- The tour includes an overview of the history, purpose and general facts about the Lake Placid Olympic & Paralympic Training Center.
- Reservations are not required for groups of 10 or less.
 - For group reservations, please contact the Lake Placid Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. - To ensure the health and safety of our athletes, all visitors ages 5 and up must show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. Masks might be required depending on level of community prevalence. A digital copy or phone photo of your vaccination card will suffice.
