Daughter of Calvin and Priscilla Williams. Has five sisters, Amaya, LaShicka, LaShunda, LaTasha and Shernika, and two brothers, Calvin and Derrick
Born without her lower left arm
Has participated in track and field since first grade when she was in a youth track program and immediately took a liking to the jumping events
Played basketball and competed in track and field in high school, qualifying for the state track meet as a sophomore and taking her team to the state tournament in Basketball
Introduced to Paralympic track and field after she was identified by an official in April 2016, who spoke to her coach about opportunities with U.S. Paralympics Track & Field.
