- Has been playing sports for her whole life, starting from around age five with many different sports
- Began focusing on team sports that involved a ball, like soccer and handball
- Both soccer and handball are very popular among girls in Sweden, and already at young age, the seasons for both are year-round
- At age 16, she decided to focus on handball, where she earned a number of successes with her club team IFK Västerås
- Accomplishments include top-three finishes in the Gothia Cup, Dana Cup, AIK Elit Cup, and Girls Invitational
- Misses the action from frequent youth tournaments and is very much looking forward to contributing to the U.S. Handball Team.
