I started karate when I was 6 years old!...My real life hero is my best friend because she is always a light in my life and keeps me heading in the right direction....I am the most inspired by the great kata competitors on our Senior team at the moment like Jessica Kwong and Ariel Torres. Since I know them well I can really see how hard they work and all of the dedication that goes into becoming a successful senior athlete like them. I aspire to have their determination and to be as knowledgeable as they are with kata and the Karate world...My biggest win was my third gold medal at panams in Ecuador.
