What does it mean for you to represent the United States? "I'm humbled and honored to have this great opportunity to represent my country, while doing something I love."
What do you most enjoy about softball? "I love hitting home runs. I'm also excited for this opportunity to travel and meet new people."
How did you get started playing softball? "I started with slow pitch but had a friend, Ric Thompson, introduce me to fast pitch which is more my style."
Did you play any other sports growing up? "Basketball and baseball, some flag football and soccer"
What non-softball sport would you like to try? "Football"
What is the best piece of advice you ever received? "Work before play. My Great Grandpa always said that and my dad lives his life that way."
What's your personal motto? "'Be the best you can be' is a motto that I learned from my Grandpa Kirk"
