More on Susan:
Susan learned how to ski at age 2 with her family. She learned how to shoot at age 22 when she moved to Lake Placid, NY to join US Biathlon's development program. Her father, Stan Dunklee, competed in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics as a cross country skier.During her rookie season on the World Cup in 2011-12 Susan placed 5th in the World Championship's Individual race in Ruhpolding, Germany, tying the best ever result by an American woman.
