International Judo Federation Competition History: Sara Golden IJF Profile
Personal: A two-time Senior National Champion by the age of 20, Golden began judo at just six years old and later added wrestling to her repertoire, competing in both sports throughout middle and high school before choosing to focus on judo. Golden qualified for her first U.S. National Team in 2017 when she fought at the Cadet World Championships as a 16 year old. The rising star qualified for the first of her three Senior World Championship Teams at just 19 in 2021 and is a top athlete to watch on the Road to the Paris and Los Angeles Olympic Games.
