Henderson set a personal best of 49.96 in placing third at the 2005 USA Outdoors, and she finished seventh at the World Outdoors in Helsinki ... her previous PR was 50.10, set as she won gold at the NCAA Outdoors earlier in June 2005... she was named to the Team USA's Olympic 4x400m relay pool after placing fifth in the 400m at the 2004 Olympic Trials, and she went on to win gold in the event running the second leg for Team USA...her then-personal-best of 50.53 run in the semi-finals at the Olympic Trials set a UCLA school record for the fourth time in 2004...she scored 11.25 points of UCLA's winning total of 69 points and earned three All-American honors at the 2004 NCAA Outdoor Championships... she was named the 2002 Pac-10 Newcomer of the Year...won gold medals in the 400m and 4x400m relay (3:29.95, American junior record) at the World Junior Championships in Kingston, Jamaica...Henderson anchored UCLA's 4x400m relay (3:28.79) at the 2002 NCAA Outdoor Championships, which set a school-record 3:28.59, breaking the old mark of 3:29.41 in 1999...in 2001, she topped the World Junior list in the 400m with a season best of 51.34 and was 0.99 better than the 2001 NCAA winning time (52.33)...won her fourth consecutive California state high school 400m title in 2001 to become one of only four in California prep history to win the same event four years in a row.
