Son of Wayne and Kathy Bryan...His doubles partner and twin brother, Bob, is younger by two minutes...Full name is Michael Carl Bryan...Parents, Wayne and Kathy, both teach tennis and began coaching their sons at age 2...Father, Wayne, is a lawyer, musician and national team Tennis coach...Mother, Kathy, played at Wimbledon four times, reaching the mixed doubles quarterfinal in 1965...Married Lucille Bryan on Nov. 25, 2012...Along with brother, Bob, was honored with the 2015 Arthur Ashe Humanitarian Award...In September 2012, selected as the first US Open Sportsmanship Award recipient from the U.S. Tennis Association...The Bryan Bros Band, with Bob on keyboards and Mike on drums and guitar, have held concerts at tournaments and charity events around the world...Performed with the Counting Crows in October 2008 and at the Arthur Ashe Kid’s Day at the 2010 US Open...Provided music for ATP Doubles Revolution TV commercial and all the original music for the Tennis Channel program, “No Strings.”

• Along with brother, Bob Bryan, is the all-time winningest doubles team in the Open Era with 112 team titles, owning an all-time team record 16 Grand Slams – with their landmark 100th title together coming at the 2014 US Open.
• Only doubles team in the Open Era to win each Grand Slam title at least twice, one or more major in 10 straight seasons (2005-14) and hold all four major titles at the same time.
• In 2014, finished as the No. 1 doubles team in the world for a record 10th time in 12 years.
