Son of Matthew and Beverly Centrowitz...Has two siblings, Lauren and Marisza...Father, Matthew, represented Team USA at the 1976 Olympic Games in track and field and is a former All-American distance runner from the University of Oregon...Turned professional after 2011...First Oregon Duck undergrad since Steve Prefontaine to win a USATF outdoor championship...Sister Lauren was an All-American at Stanford University and also an elite runner, qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in 2012...First American to win Olympic gold in the 1,500 since 1908...Inducted into the University of Oregon Athletics Hall of Fame in 2021...He’s an avid gamer.
