• Daughter of Keith and Loretta Smith
• Has three brothers, Paul, Mickey and James, and four sisters, Shannon, Robyn, Becca and Erin
• Smith started competitive swimming at the age of 7 and is currently training and coaching at Western Hills Athletic Club in Austin, Texas
• Her favorite part of being a swimmer is sharing her passion for the sport by coaching age group swimmers
• Hobbies include rock climbing, adaptive CrossFit, graphic design, web design, travelling and exploring new coffee shops
