• Committed to play for the University of North Carolina in fall of 2012, but opted to bypass college and signed professionally for Paris Saint Germain in France, becoming the first American female to sign a professional contract straight out of high school
• Opted not to play high school soccer in order to train with the U-15/16 Colorado Rush Development Academy and U-17 Nike Boys teams
• Spent four years at Paris Saint-Germain before signing with the Portland Thorns
