Growing up as an avid baseball player in California, he was introduced to wheelchair basketball through a man at Costco, who stopped to talk to him about the sport
After trying it, he fell in love with the sport and has progressed to playing overseas in Spain and with the U.S. men’s national team
Enjoys working out, exploring, traveling, doing motivational speeches, promoting the Paralympic movement, hiking and trying new food
Is a huge Golden State Warriors fan
