What does it mean for you to represent the United States? "It is a really great honor to represent such a great and beautiful country, and I would represent this country with great honor."
What do you most enjoy about softball? "I would play this game more than baseball, I love throwing people out in this fast-paced game."
How did you get started playing softball? "I got started playing when a man named Paul Castillo gave me a shot to play on his team, and I really thank him for that."
Who were your softball role models growing up? "My dad because he is one of the best hitters I know, having played with the Portland Brewers and received 10 rings."
Did you play any other sports growing up? "I played baseball my whole life but I love both of the games."
What non-softball sport would you like to try? "I would love to try football."
What is the best piece of advice you ever received? "Just play your game and don't let anyone bring you down."
What's your personal motto? "Live to play another day."
