Donald Nadon was born on Thursday, June 24, 1999 in Saranac Lake, N.Y. Nadon attends Saranac Lake High School. He started out bobsledding in the youth program with Don Hass and just loved doing it. He tried out for the mono bob sleds but didn't make it. Instead, he took a shot at skeleton and the first trip down the track he was hooked.
Nadon has an athletic background in lacrosse, down hill and Nordic skiing and mountain biking. He also participates in mini-triathlons.
FUN FACTS
- He loves to mountain bike. Not easy courses, but the crazy kind of courses that tests his ability.- He plays the trumpet in both jazz and concert band, with a great band teacher who demands the best out of him.
- He is a Boy Scout and is working on his Eagle Scout project.
- He would like to study engineering in college.
- He has great parents who always support him in all that he does. They always get him to where he needs to be on time.
