More
For Rea, field hockey was a no-brainer considering his entire family and friends participated in the sport. His father even coached Rea’s team to win the U-13 National Championship, only the start of an impressive sport career. At the age of 14, Rea reached a pivotal point in his hockey career when he received a hockey scholarship to attend Millfield School, a top-notch sports boarding school in England. During his tenure there, he received high level coaching and was able to practice every day, enabling him to be selected to the England U18 Squad and eventually the U.S. U21 National Squad. Rea has since joined the Men’s National Team in 2012 where he has contributed to World League Round 2 in 2013 and the British University National Champions in 2012.
