Chloe Kim’s snowboarding career began at a young age and she quickly rose through the ranks, dominating the sport with record-breaking performances, including her achievement of being the first female to land back-to-back 1080s in the U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix. 

Outside of snowboarding, Kim has embraced her fame with appearances in films, music videos, and even becoming the face of Corn Flakes. Chloe Kim supports Protect Our Winters, advocating for climate action in the outdoor sports community, and co-founded TOGETHXR, a platform promoting equality, diversity and increased representation for women in sports through impactful storytelling and advocacy.

Olympic Highlights

Chloe Kim made her Olympic debut at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games, where she won gold in the halfpipe and became the youngest female snowboarder to win an Olympic gold medal. At the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games, she earned another gold medal in the halfpipe, defending her Olympic title with another remarkable performance.

World Championship Highlights

Kim claimed gold at the 2021 FIS World Snowboarding Championships in the halfpipe, further adding to her extensive list of accolades in the sport.

U.S. Championship Highlights

Chloe Kim has claimed several U.S. snowboarding championship titles, including gold in the halfpipe at the 2016 U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix.

Early Career

Chloe Kim's snowboarding career took off in her early teens. At the age of 14, she earned her first X Games gold. Her talent continued to shine at the 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games, where she took gold in both halfpipe and slopestyle, setting the stage for her future Olympic success.
