On what it means to represent the United States in softball: The opportunity to represent USA is priceless. For me playing for USA is an honor and I enjoy every moment I get to put on that jersey and play for my country. It means everything to me to play for my country and I make sure to try and live every moment in the present.
What she enjoys most about softball: I enjoy getting the opportunity to go out and compete everyday with my teammates. I also love making memories with my teammates that we can cherish forever. Lastly I love getting to be involved in every pitch and having the chance to help my team win.
FUN FACTS
Spent 10 days in Panama building a basketball court with fellow Oregon student-athletes and the people of Canaza.
Favorite activities: Hunting and fishing with my family. Going for rides in my hometown with my Gma Debbie.
Favorite snack/meal: My favorite meal is when my mom makes Swedish meatballs over white rice.
Best vacation she's ever had: When my family and I went to Disneyland and the rose bowl game for Christmas in 2014.
