Cami

Hidalgo

Cami is the daughter of Dan (an IT manager) and Kirsten Hidalgo (an accountant). She also has three siblings: Austin, Hayden and Tyler. Cami started as a gymnast but began diving at age nine. She competed at her first junior nationals in 2009 and made her senior national debut in 2013. When she’s competing, she doesn’t like to know where she is the standings. Her favorite dive is 5253B on 10-meter, and even though she is a 10-meter diver, she’s afraid of heights. In 2016, she added an intense crossfit program to her training regimen twice a week. She likes to eat a turkey sandwich and a strawberry smoothie on competition days. Cami enjoys going to the beach and travelling. She describes herself as competitive, witty and outgoing.
