About Cam Delaney:

Curls out of: Centerville (Wis.) Curling Club

Curling start: "My family is full of curlers. My mom, dad, aunt and sister all curl. My sister, Laura Delaney, has been to national competitions many times and to Junior Worlds once. At Junior Worlds, she was named all world skip and also received the sportsmanship award. My mother, Lynita Delaney, runs the junior program in Centerville and was named the developmental coach of the year last year. Naturally when I was old enough to throw a stone, my family had me out on the ice. I didn't really start curling until I was about 6 or 7 though."

What he enjoys most about curling: "I enjoy the strategy and thinking aspects of the game."

Hobbies: "I enjoy motorcycles and old cards. I like to travel. I've been to England, Scotland, Germany and Canada. All of which did involve curling in one way or another."
