Not all disabilities are visible. Even though I'm not in a wheelchair I struggle with things that you would never know about, daily.
It is way more of a mental battle than it will ever be physical.
The main lesson I have learned from the Paralympic community is reassurance in how brilliant and amazing the human body and mind is.
